📌 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

ACRI 700 FINISH G is a finish coat based on acrylic resin with solvent evaporation drying.

Offers excellent adhesion, weather resistance, gloss, and color retention.

Type: Acrylic finish paint.

🎯 RECOMMENDED USE

Finishing coat for ship’s topside and steel structures.

Color: White (or as specified).

Flash Point: 25.5°C.

Density: 1.14 g/ml.

Volume Solids: 40 ± 2%.

Theoretical Coverage: 0.10 L/m² (0.114 kg/m²).

Film Thickness: Wet 100 microns, Dry 40 microns.

⏱ DRYING TIME

Set-to-touch: 5°C = 1.5 hrs, 10°C = 1 hr, 20°C = 30 mins, 30°C = 30 mins.

Hard Dry: 5°C = 10 hrs, 10°C = 8 hrs, 20°C = 6 hrs, 30°C = 4 hrs.

Minimum Overcoat Interval: 5°C = 16 hrs, 10°C = 12 hrs, 20°C = 8 hrs, 30°C = 6 hrs.

Maximum Overcoat Interval: Not specified.

🛠 APPLICATION METHOD

Tools: Airless spray, brush, roller.

Weather Conditions: Minimum temperature 0°C, maximum humidity 85% RH.

For Airless Spray:

Viscosity: (Ford Cup #4) 60 sec.

Tip No.: GRACO 719.

Thinner: CR/ACRI Thinner A.

Thinning: 0–15% by volume.

One-pack product: 20L and 5L (5L available in Indonesia).

Shelf life: 12 months from production date.

Product exceeding 12 months can be used if quality is satisfactory.
